phone for advise on Monday at 15.30 ,got an answering machine saying they closed at 16.00 ????? ,obviously don't want business ,will take my trade elsewhere

Excellent level of customer care. Personalised service. Even did home delivery the other day. My aunt had her triwalker delivered within 24 hours of ordering it . She's able to get about now with a degree of freedom of mobility & movement she hasn't had in years.She was so excited that she went shopping for shoes & food and went to the doctors . Unfortunately she over did it & fell ill & back into bed.But she is so happy . Well stocked shop but limited due to small size of shop .Been there for years. Good ,sound advice & guidance based on long term experience & knowledge. Caroline is helpful, sympathetic & understanding. You can talk to her because she has the ability to put herself into your shoes & see your difficulties from your perspective. Sensitive to customers needs & feelings. Great attention to detail. Excellent ,independent ,local business. Ok, so things could be bought cheaper online & other outlets but not with Caroline's level of expertise guiding her customers to make the right choices to suit their circumstances & not the online companies need to make a profit without any advice & guidance whatsoever. All in all ,Castletown is very good value for money. Use them every time over the last 14 years. Excellent local independent business in Southport. We're lucky .
