        I have been with MCL for 2 years and 4 months and so far our partnership has worked well. Kate is a good manager and the rest of the team so far have seemed quite professional and competent. There are problems everywhere, and if one really wants to work, in MCL work is not lacking. Very comfortable with them.

        Went back to work for these again great at the beginning Then appalling behaviour from the recruitment staff kate who thinks it's OK to shout and make accusations before finding out facts. They have there favourites and phone them with the shifts. Managment think this behaviour is acceptable.with out staff no placement. This was better run before when lucy was here. Payrate wrong gave to keep emailing themStay well clear from these other better more professional agencys about
