        Superb products and customer service. I now have 2 backfriends, one for work and one placed on my armchair at home, bought together with the fluffy creamy coloured covers. When placing my order online an error appeared during payment. I sent a message through the contact page and was called back within half an hour and the product arrived within 48 hours. Very pleased. Thank you :-)

        We just wanted to let you know that the back support seat that we ordered from you ... the "MEDesign Backfriend" has been excellent. It has really made a big difference for my wife when sitting. She has since been diagnosed as suffering with a Prolapsed Disc in her lower back. Before we received the Backfriend, she was finding it very difficult to find a seated position that was comfortable. Now she can sit comfortably. Thank you.
