Had a battery that had stopped working and they did a free test on it and found it was life expired and although it was late in the day they got me a new one and fitted it by that next morning first thing great prices great friendly service

Very efficient. Went in with what I thought was a slow puncture which turned out to be a leak on the seal and was fixed while I waited.

I've been using Lukes since moving to Merseyside in 2020. The team have been amazing, professional and rather than seeing the 's of a female owner, they provide sound advice and pricing. Including, knowing I'm technically minded, and provided the information to replace certain parts in my car (which I did successfully). Regardless of the workload they've got on, they know I book in and wait for the works to be complete (I travel from Liverpool), and am content waiting with music and a drink. The guys will talk when they have chance, and won't do anything without discussing it with you beforehand, which is also value added, as some garages have just done things without consultation.
