I recently used Bill to carry out some restoration work on my 2CV. I found his name in the 2CV Club magazine and, when I approached him, he volunteered to visit and assess the work a few days later. This he did and was most professional, obviously very knowledgeable, gave excellent advice and was a thoroughly nice bloke. The work included bodywork refurbishment, suspension/ wheel bearing service, custom fabrication of a new roof fitting (to suit a custom boot-lid) and a heap of smaller tasks. Everything was completed in the time estimated and the workmanship and finish were superb. He was realistic in his comments and opinions on what was needed and what could be postponed to a later session somewhat to his own penalties it must be said. I rate Bill, his workmanship and his work ethic in the highest terms. I will use him for all my work in the future and have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending him to every 'citroenphile'.
