This is a great club to join if your looking for physical and mental exercise the techniques that Karl teachers start off simple and get more advanced they are all effective, you notice yourself improving each time you train. Theres also a really good atmosphere in the dojo where everyone is made to feel welcome, would highly recommend it.

Fantastic group of people and a really enjoyable experience every week. I started in April 2022 and have been going every Sunday morning, sometimes to the classes through the week! Absolutely 100% recommend

Glad to have found a club with a great atmosphere and syllabus where I can learn self defence and mixed martial arts. Been training for nearly a year now - Great group of people who push each other to do better every week. Come down and get involved!

Joined this class after an extended period of inactivity during lockdown, its a great way to get some exercise whilst also learning practical and effective self defense. The Keith, Sue and the coaches are extremely friendly and encouraging with a real enthusiasm for sharing the knowledge they have acquired over years of training in multiple disciplines. This enthusiasm seems to filter down through the more experienced students who are also very supportive of new members and always willing to give some tips or advice. I'd highly recommend giving it a try.
