I've been aware and used these people enough to know that they are well established over many years and for me, equally as well trusted. Using them after my latest visit and into the future is a feeling of confidence and more-so, trust.

E-mails sent to the wrong names, costing us financially. Case lost, even though we were told several times that it was very straight forward. We had to pay the court rep twice as we couldn't make the first court date (due to me giving birth) I was told in the courtroom that any further evidence should have been inputted before, however, that was not made clear to us by Hodge Halsall. Several key things happened (I.E the opponent trespassing onto our property with CCTV footage) that wasn't inputted or even considered. The family we were against, we had a known harassment case against them and again, it wasn't inputted at any time or worth considering they were acting from malice. If we were told at the beginning that it was better to pay, we'd have saved ourselves the stress and time away from our new born. This put a great amount of pressure on us throughout (which I made clear several times)
