Joanne O'Neill handled the sale of 2 houses and the purchase of one for us. The first sale went through quite quickly and easily. Our purchase took us 9 months to get to the point of agreeing a completion due to appalling solicitors at the top of the chain. I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor in Joanne she had such a hard job on her hands and she was truly amazing. I would certainly recommend Joanne to anyone who needs a solicitor who cares, knows her trade and always gives 110% to make the sale/purchase happen. Honestly sometimes I thought she mustn't go home! I was recommended J O'Neil solicitors when looking for a firm to help me with the sale of my Mum's house. From the outset I found them to be highly responsive and very professional. They really helped me deal with the various issues that came with selling a house as an executor and understood that I didn't live in the area, utilising calls and email to keep me updated and to push the exchange of contracts through. Very good value for money, I was given a service cost breakdown at the start of proceedings and they kept to it. Highly recommended.
