        These people been keeping my vehicle for over a year and they can't even bother to pick up the phone or answer to the emails I been sending for the last few months, i dont even know what is happening to my bike worst company ever

        Long waiting times when phoning up. Lack of updates and low settlement figures. After 6 weeks my claim has not been settled even with a proven liability for the 3rd party. After speaking with them yesterday it is looking like I have several more weeks to wait until the claim is sorted. My wifes car was fixed and her claim dealt with within 3 weeks even with a liability dispute. Lucky for her she was with another company. I will certainly not be using Plantec again.

        Called 4 times to arrange my motorbike repair, in total spent nearly 2 hours on hold and still didn't get through. Instead I've used 4th dimension who answered 1st time.

        These guys are fantastic, if your bike has any defect they will swap the bike the very next morning no problem. Never got a bike older than 2021, delivery guys talk you through everything and are very helpful. I recommend them for sure.
