** Update - I have now completed my treatment and I am thrilled! After years of being extremely stressed around people when they are eating I no longer feel any negative emotions about it. When people start to eat I do initially expect to be uncomfortable but I soon realise that I am not. This is amazing. Not only has it addressed my issues with eating, but I am so much more relaxed in general. The treatment has helped so much with my anxiety and outlook in general. Huge thank you Debbie, youve changed my life forget better. This treatment is life changing. I have not yet completed my hypnosis journey, but the changes I have seen are fantastic. Debbie makes me feel so welcome, at ease and not judged during each session. It has been fascinating to learn about brain functions, and Im impressed by Debbies extensive knowledge on the matter. I highly recommend Raise Hypnotherapy. If you have something to address I would say to start your journey now, I am so very glad that I have!!

After 4 sessions a subtle but positive result. A better mindset and understanding and techniques learned which will hopefully lead to further improvement.

I contacted Debbie to help me with my fear of flying. Debbie empowered me to understand my own thought process. She is very calming, warm and friendly. I cant thank Debbie enough for helping me. What a great way to give time to yourself for some relaxation. Thank you Debbie.

We approached Debbie for support after our 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition. From our first phone call Debbies calming and gentle nature had an impact on our approach. My daughter really enjoyed her sessions with Debbie. The relaxation stories/tracks she sent through have been fantastic and used daily. My daughter described Debbie as calming, friendly and kind. She helped her feel less scared and more in control. From a parents perspective I cannot praise Debbie highly enough. Her wonderful explanations of quite complex concepts empowered my daughter to understand and take ownership of her condition.
