    We had a premium room , it was very small. The heating was turned off and it was very cold, a small electric heater was in the room , not good enough. Bathroom was tiny and cold , no door strip from bedroom to bathroom ,sink was tiny. Continental breakfast included an extra 6 each for a cooked breakfast which was well presented but no taste , Continental breakfast was really good , we only had the 1 cooked breakfast. The hotel was spotless , the housekeeper was really good. Dinner was really nice , well presented and hot. Parking was over the road on the church carpark 12.50 a day , no consessions for disabled people.

    Paid for a premium room and got a very small box room with the smallest bathroom ever. Had to draw the curtains to change as there was no nets. The only fire door was outside the room in the corridor and people struggled getting case's and golf club threw it. The door to the toilet was only 2 inch from the toilet and it is very small room. It had a cracked in the tiles and the towel rail was hanging of and also the hook behind the door was hanging off. It was brown around the shower plug. It was a struggle to go between the bottom of the bed and the wall as the TV was there and it was a small gap. The light switch was behind the kettle and you had to get out of bed to turn it of but not if the kettle was on. One morning there was no hot water in the taps and had to boil it in the kettle. One morning there was no heating in the dining room. On the last day there was no ham or cheese in the continental breakfast. This was the only hotel that requires the money up front and I can see why. It was very expensive for what you got. The parking outside was 7.00 for 4 hours.
