The staff are very friendly and the freshly cooked Full English breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is well looked after it is very neat and tidy, the breakfasts are to die for and
Aynsley who does the cooking is a great cook and nothing is to much trouble for her if you want anything just ask.I am here for 4 days and I am halfway through and it is great.
I certainly recommend staying here if you can get booked as it is very popular no wonder!
Now with heavy heart I have to leave the Clifton Villa hotel and the place of my birth Southport but will return again later in the year. All is good with the Clifton aynsley looked after all the guests well and very helpful with local knowledge. As far as I am concerned 5 stars would suffice.
