I was not a customer but I knocked on the door this evening (we had masks on and carry sanitiser), an hour or so before closing time, to ask if my daughter could use the toilet (only due to the fact shes been allowed to do so before) as she was visibly extremely desperate and she wasnt going to make it the 20 min walk home. We were spoken to very rudely and the door shut in our faces, leading to embarrassing and uncomfortable events for my 6 year old daughter on the way home. Id have understood if it wasnt possible for whatever reason, but Im writing this review just because of how the lady was who spoke to us.
