        I booked an appointment at Artizan Hair about six weeks ago. I had looked up the team and their specialties, and wanted to see one of the stylists who specialized in long hair. The person who answered the phone appeared to take down my booking and offered me an appointment the following Thursday. I called on Thursday morning to confirm the time, and to my horror I found that my appointment had not been recorded! In fact, I had no appointment at all! I was so disappointed, as the other reviews sound very good. Ended up going to another salon.
