Southport and Formby District General Hospital

Absolutely Brilliant,Went yesterday 30/04/23 after falling off a ladder, on entering the hospital the Staff were very responsive & attentive thought I had done something really bad to my back, full body scan with only bruising & grazing, sent home 3.30 am.A bit of rest should sort it,Still really painful so Dont be overstretching on ladders.Chilling Today Thank you all the staff at Southport x

Absolutely appalling hostpital. Every single time Ive been to that A&E department Ive been spoken to like a clueless child and fobbed off with either pain relief or nothing at all not even a urine test despite showing signs of a uti. Never felt so alone and neglected in my life. Some of the nurses are spot on and brilliant really compassionate. Others shouldnt even have stepped foot into medical education. The A&E staff need to be looked into. Would highly recommend the trip to aintree hostpital instead of Southport. Much better hostpital. I hope Im never admitted to Southport hostpital ever again.

Staff in A&E and facture clinic were brilliant today, thank you so much for looking after me. Shame the same can't be said about senior management running the NHS!!!
