        Worst customer service ! Both smoking outside the shop so waited to them to finish ! Handed in my trousers to be do and they said be ready in a week ! Went back 6 days later to pick up and the woman said not do yet come back at 3 ( I couldnt make it at 3) so had to go back after the weekend! Then they couldnt find the trousers! Got them in the end ! The lady Completely put the wrong information on the computer and spelt my name wrong Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

        Zero stars not available or that's what they would've got. 18 (most expensive I've ever heard if but i needed it quickly for a wedding) to clean a 2 piece suit which they ruined and it had only been worn once before. Terrible service. The owner wouldn't return my calls to duscuss it after 4 messages left with the woman who worked there and she didn't even apolgise. They just didn't care. Worst service I've experienced in ANY industry in years. Go elsewhere.

        We use both the dry cleaning and alteration service regularly. The staff are fabulous! Always friendly and very helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
