Received a text message confirming an allocated appointment for today, got there prior to my scheduled appointment time. Waited for 30-40 minutes and told they cant see me because theyre fully booked. Well then why was I given an appointment having to travel at least 2-4 miles by train to be turned away. Its not good, very incompetent!
