Lincoln House Surgery

They are absolutely rubbish! Keep asking me go to Ormskirk with my children when I dont drive its a joke also never get back to me when my child was sick with high temperature

Although i am not part of this surgery,i am 30 weeks pregnant and was in the chemist and i needed the toilet when i asked could i use it,i was asked if i am a patient at the surgery,i said no,i have just been in the chemist and was then told by the receptionist who could clearly see i was pregnant "sorry no you cant use it,the chemist is nothing to do with us" to which i replied i am 30 weeks pregnant and really need to go and she "right this time you can but next time you wont be able too" not being funny its a toilet i wasnt asking for the key to the drugs cupboard! Very rude!

Very helpful and attentive staff with a handy pharmacy attached! With my recent diagnosis they have been so patient and gone above and beyond while I adjust to the changes! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Lincoln, I couldn't recommend this surgery more!
