The Milk Room

10th March 2023 c16:00 - gave me the wrong drink, smoothie instead of a sundae, when i told the person serving me, he advised I was wrong, told me it was the right order even though it was not, then laughed in my face. Ended up paying 4.95 for something I did not want rather than 3.50 for what did. Not happy with such rude service and refusal to give me the drink I ordered; think they picked on me as just a teenager !

I come here a few days a week after school th milkshakes are 10 out of 10 the staff are really kind and they do the best waffles and pancakes if you haven't came here I really recommend it

Not bad and milkshakes are great. Bit disappointed when ordering a coffee that they don't have sweeteners only sugar. No good to diabetics but then neither are milkshakes

me and my kids had a horrible experience at the milk rooms today. heres why: -milkshakes tasted like dish water -cookie dough tasted of flour -waffle was cold -bad customer service - attitude from manager - sour tasting ice cream - probably been there for weeks - gave my peanut allergic daughter peanuts even though we requested not to - BEARD LOOKING HAIR IN WAFFLE FROM THE OWNER OF THE PLACE.
