        We just happened to stumble across Birkdale Cheese, and what a find! Staff were so friendly, taking their time to find cheeses that we'd like and letting us try a few - I ended up walking away with 5 beautiful cheeses and can't wait to go back!

        Can't thank Birkdale Cheese Co enough. We wanted something different for our wedding day 'cake' and the advice and service from BCCo was perfect. They even provided labels and tasting notes for our guests on the big day. Wonderful cheese and people.
