I visited Southport yesterday, my home town that I left 27 yeats ago, and was appalled at the state of the place. Semi derelict with sad looking people walking the streets. Great shame! Ainsdale, however, was buzzing a little. Horrible experience the centre of town. Thank goodness the Nero coffee was excellent and the sun was shining.

Parking ticket charging me three times for parking and when I have emailed them about this and provided proof they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund. Disgusting robbers!

Tried to log in. A email has been sent to your email address OH no it hasnt.3 times. Tried to get a mattress collected, going round in circles. Get someone who knows how to do programs.

Absolute joke couldnt access any of seftons services online, I then call up and after 17 minutes I get through to a call handler Liz Brown who was not very helpful and couldnt or wouldnt answer simple questions. I got there eventually but has to repeat myself multiple times to get simple name like who is the head of environmental services . Lets start exposing these people who we pay their wages for failing the people of Sefton. Think we should start an audit of every department of Sefton Council and expose those who take their wages every month and consistently have very low standards and never fail to meet them.
