Either the oxygen supply has been cut off or the staff on the ground floor need some actual customer service training. Either way, sort your staff out. Ive never seen such unwillingness to assist from 2 staff in one place.

Good service and variety of stationary goods on ground floor with post office and books on first floor.

The Southport store is an excellent and I very much enjoy my visits very much. The staff are always helpful, friendly and kind. The store is in a great location right in the heart of Southport Town cente. The selection of things on offer to buy are excellent they have a great range of books, magazines, newspapers, stationery etc.
