        I am physically disabled and the fire brigade said I had to get rid of this chair for safety purposes,so I could use my walker,so they came to pick it up for me.

        Fantastic, dedicated staff, but new manager's pricing structure on clothes is massively prohibitive for people on low incomes. "Designer" clothing - though this seems to extend randomly to budget ranges too - is understandably marked higher, but lots of stuff is sitting on the racks for months because customers are unwilling to pay 5 for a George / Primark t-shirt. Yes, the shop is there to make money for a good causes, but numerous people I've spoken to aren't spending there (at previous levels) due to this unrealistic, opportunistic pricing. Gordon's eclectic, energetic music - part of the shop's charm - has also been sandblasted by the new regime Sad to see a hub for a broad cross section of the Southport community turning into an extension of their sanitised, overpriced high street competitors.
