Very rude staff I was 15mins late to an event traveling from Preston managed to arrange childcare and would not let me just would not allow it or accepted my circumstances of blacked roads due to a fire work display near by added on to the traveling. I was left quite upset was looking forward to this event especially as it's coming to a yr of loosing my mum. I won't be returning not welcoming not warm and the women was huffing and puffing to assist to open the gate to let me leave no duty of care all I ask is please delete my details I won't be returning I'm very upset by the experience. I was advised to jump over a ped locked gate to leave.it is normal for people to be late for events but please see your CCTV to see how I was assisted to leave as the lady could not find the key which is concerning for those who may need to leave early or if a health and safety issues occurred

Love this place - even if I dont get a message it makes me feel closer to the ones I have lost
