        This review is based solely on my last and final experience with Sam. Sadly my second anual sweep provided by Sam was not good, it was rushed and I still have lots of soot falling into my log burner, embarrassingly this was after leaving a glowing 5 star review and recommending his services to several friends and neighbours. I can only offer the service 1 star and will be using a more trustworthy person in future. I say trustworthy because of an issue that I had with Sam was only resolved after several months when the police became involved. My first experience review I had no idea that not having your chimney swept annually can affect your home insurance, so my chimney had two years worth of soot up there. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was a lot faster and cleaner than I ever expected. I honestly thought there would be at least some soot around the fireplace but it was left spotlessly clean. Sam is a very friendly and knowledgeable man and provides a wonderful service, which in my case included the certificate for my home insurance. I can wholeheartedly recommend Churchtown Chimney Sweeping Services and I will be using them annually from now on.

        I cant thanks Sam at Churchtown chimney sweeping enough. He gave us loads of advice on our stove performance. Quick response to enquiry, punctual, professional and value for money. Following the flue being swept the performance improvement was instant. Brilliant service and will use again and highly recommend. If you are concerned about your stove performance and need a chimey sweep Sam should be your first point of call. Services: Chimney flue cleaning, Stove & fireplace cleaning

        Didn't show up - Booked Sam one month in advance to install our multi-stove, fit chimney pot & cowel. Should have arrived on Friday 20th Jan, but failed to show up. Sam has not responded to phone calls or message left on his mobile and failed to call me back. Really poor service when we were relying on a local company to complete the install. Service: Fireplace installations
