had a night in southport, we needed breakfast the next morning so we went for a walk and saw this cafe. we saw a few people inside so thought ok lets go and try it. biggest mistake we made, we spent 20 on 2 breakfast, glass of milk in a dirty glass and a tea which was ok. food tasted discusting we couldnt even finish it. 2 families walked in amd walked straight back out. we should of done the same!!!

Basic cafe, food served with a smile :) nice and quiet. It's become my 'goto' cafe in Southport.

I see someone else has complained about sandwiches and staff being unfriendly. When we entered this place a woman was sat in the back corner on her laptop and sort of nodded her head as to acknowledge us and as she was the only person there we thought this must be Pam. Turns out this woman was the owner but she was really miserable and uninviting. I ordered a full English breakfast which to be fair was quite nice but my other half ordered a sandwich as did our friend and they both said the sandwiches were dire. The bread seemed stale or the air had got to it for too long or it had been frozen beforehand and the grated cheese was very dry as was the thin slice of ham. I could honestly say that after trying a piece of one of the sandwiches the whole thing tasted stale and dry and Iwe would of been better off buying a packaged sandwich at the mini supermarket opposite for 1.49. The sandwiches were mostly left uneaten. We dared to get a piece of cake each and were sorry we did. Again the cakes were very dry and possibly stale. So I'm very sorry but other than the breakfast everything else was dreadful including the atmosphere and customer service with no smile. Now I'm sorry if this lady is having troubles in her life as you can never really know whats going on in someone's life but maybe its time to sell up or get some help reviving your business because at this rate you won't be getting repeat business and the place was empty when we visited at lunchtime.
