        The receptionist ( black hair and glasses ) unfortunately I never got her name. Give this lady a pay rise...Very rare you see impeccable customer service from staff nowadays but this is what I got. Hope she gets the credit she deserves.

        What a refreshing change from the big banks and building societies. A smiling face to meet you , smart and happy staff who know what they are doing. Polar opposite's to their neighbours!!! I closed my account with the big one and went next door . I wish they were a bank and I'd do the same . Well done Kevin and the other staff
