A very special family run gym. Steph and Adam are a fantastic mix of support, motivation, education and importantly fun ! They cater for all abilities and no man or woman is left behind. The group sessions are hard work and loads of fun, I always come away feeling motivated, empowered and exhausted. I have also started working 1 on 1 with Steph to improve my strength and I look forward to that hour every week - its like therapy !! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and Steph and Adam have poured their heart and soul into it - exciting things ahead !

Would highly recommend functional fitness to anyone. I started training with Steph in August and was a complete beginner. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease, I currently feel fitter than I ever have and I am loving training! I also really enjoy attending the classes too, Steph and Adam have created such an inclusive environment that makes anyone feel welcome regardless of ability.

Functional fitness is amazing, whether you are after 121 or group session they do it, Steph and Adam attitude, commitment and knowledge is second to none. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for something a bit different than your regular boring gym
