I have long hair on top, shaved on the back and sides. I went in and requested for her to shave the sides and trim the overall length of my hair slightly. She then proceeded to shave a strip off down the side of my head, leaving my hair uneven, taking off years of growth. I went back a few days later to see if something could be done, she cut more hair off but still left it uneven. I went back a third time to ask for a refund as she wasn't able to cut my hair in a satisfactory manner. We proceeded to have an arguing contest in which she said "what's so horrible in your life that you've decided to come in and have a go at me" and "I bet you fo this all the time having places off trying to get free haircuts." She was completely unprofessional, still refused a refund and made me feel belittled and horrible. 0/5 would not recommend. Services: Long haircut, Hairstyling
