What a fabulous lunch for my Dads 88th birthday Paolo - thanks so much. We all loved your cooking and the personal attention was fantastic. We will be back! Vegetarian options: Some fabulous veggie options too.

Probably the best fine dining experience in Southport. Paulo combines his homelands Portuguese dishes with Japanese cuisine (the latter learned while working in a Japanese restaurant) to great effect. The seared scallops, Portuguese fish stew and pastel de nata were all excellent, washed down with a bottle of vino verde and little measures of port. Paulo is very personable and deserves to do well. A relatively expensive experience but worth it if youre happy to spend such money on quality food & service.

Outstanding first experience at Twelve Fusion for my dads birthday. The food was impeccable, service was personable and welcoming. Such a beautiful little find. Without a doubt the best food we have had in a very long time. We will definitely be back.
