They are a reliable team, respond quickly and do their utmost to make sure that you are happy with the design. We were also extremely pleased with the builders they suggested to us (they gave a list for us to get in touch with), and for their professionalism throughout the process from initial design to completed work.

Very happy customer. Would recommend without hesitation! I first met with Joe regarding a 2nd floor dormer extension, which Id had in mind for a couple of years. Joe came out to see me on a no obligation basis, explained the process, and gave same really helpful and straightforward advice. We agreed a price for the designs, thrashed a few ideas around via email and eventually settled on a final design. From the off I found Joe and his team to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All questions were replied to promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The final drawings were very impressive and were accompanied by an extremely thorough (12 page) schedule of works which left nothing to chance. He even provided invaluable advice about my statutory obligations (complying with the party wall act - that as a lay person I had no idea about). Joe brought the entire project to life from my initial rough idea through to a detailed set of drawings that I was able to put out to tender. He recommended a structural engineer, building inspector and even gave me a list of builders that hed vetted and worked with in the past to quote for the works. In short, he made the entire process simple and straightforward and I am extremely happy with the end result now all the work has been completed. Joe will be top of my list for any future projects that I have and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family.

Joe and his team helped us to completely renovate our cellar into an open plan space complete with bar and walk-on glass to the decking above. They provided a great service and price. Our lesson learned - we should have asked them to also do the detailed interior design, as this would have saved us a lot of hassle of us trying to work things out for ourselves (light positions, sockets, radiators etc). Trying to work this out mid-build is hard!! Highly recommend!

As a local builder who has been working with Joe and his team now for a few years, i couldnt recommend the guys highly enough. The plans are of fantastic quality and Joe is always on hand throughout any project weve done with them. I always recommend Clayton Architecture to my clients who may not have had plans drawn up as I know they will receive 100% quality from Joe and the team.

Such a great company . From start to finish the design of my new family home is exactly what we had in mind and wow did they deliver .
