        Replied to my phone call and came the same day and replaced my oven and took the old oven away all at a reasonable cost.

        Ray came out promptly on the day we rang at a time we arranged. He was honest and professional and advised us on getting a new cooker as the part for the old one was quite expensive. He ordered three cookers and came on the day and time he had said. The first two cookers he tried didnt fit but finally the third one did! Thanks so much Ray for your hard work and professionalism it was very much appreciated
