    Poor customer service. Disappointed. So many manufacturing faults. They don't provide any user manual/installation manual or correct documents. All documents provided, are not matching with the product or incomplete. Cant get technical support. They don't answer the phone even.

    Pretty much the worst product I ever had to assemble. Bought the i8-140g. Not just that the whole product was rusty all over upon unpacking but even worse the manual left out about 80% of the information and not even the parts list matched what was included. Several parts were even missing. Best example where the left hand doesnt know what the right one does. Even parts that were explicitly mentioned to not be included were in another box. When trying to reach the 24-hr service hotline I got a Chinese mechanical voice and could only record a message without ever been called back. What a mess...

    The products come with limited information, and you need to repeatedly call Inciner8 to get all appropriate information, and a lot of it is conflicting Once you own the product, their customer service and technical support is pathetic - un answered emails and phone messages. You'll be troubleshooting issues on your own. Don't expect Inciner8 to help or own up to any product defects or manufacturing errors.
