The staff in here are miserable as sin!, never again.

Under no circumstances should anyone go to this pharmacy!!!! I am a type 1 diabetic and I went to beach around 20 mins from this pharmacy and I accidentally dropped my insulin pump in the water meaning that I couldn't top my insulin from my pump. All I needed to resolve this was an insulin pen an item which every pharmacy carries or a simple 1ml single use insulin syringe another item which every pharmacy carries. After explaining my situation to the pharmacist he replies that I should call my doctors and have them call him as he '"can't" give me anything ( at the time of a worldwide pandemic) . He then tells me he stocks insulin pens in packs of 5 and that he was not willing to split one just for me and that i would have to pay 90. It became very obvious very quickly that this man was not going to help me in my time of need, and even as I was walking out of the pharmacy he continues to shout at me to call my GP ( in my opinion all to make a sale). Drove to pharmacy 20 minutes away and they gave me the syringes I needed (for 3) without a second thought. I was extremely shocked that a place meant to be and institution of healing could be so rude and unhelpful to someone who clearly needed it. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The staff in the pharmacy are extremely pleasant and extremely helpful and if I'm honest is the best pharmacy I have ever been a part of thank you so much Southminster pharmacy.

Poor customer service with rude staff. Make you feel unwelcome and they're unhelpful. A prescription was sent electronically from the Dr surgery to them and they couldn't be bothered to check their system. We now have to pick a second one up from the Dr and drive elsewhere. Come on people, you want us to support the local businesses, try supporting us in return. Disappointed.
