Highly recommend this family run business. We first made some enquiries the summer of the pandemic and then all went quiet but picked up the conversation again two years later and the team were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to make alternative recommendations to work with our landscape design and have been very accommodating of our timings. The trees look fantastic apart from one, but the team are keeping a close eye on it and have a contingency plan. Great service and competitive pricing.

Terrible Delivery. Paid 650 for a tree and expected at least to put the heavy tree close to where we wanted it but they just dumped it on our front lawn When I rang to complain the attitude was almost so what!! Will never use again and don't recommend I saw the reply but can assure anyone who wants to use this unprofessional company that they did actually drove over our front lawn and dumped the tree. They certainly forgot to mention that they actually delivered the wrong tree which they tried to sell me when I visited them but it was too big and leant to one side. After they ignored my complaints about tree dumping they couldn't do the same with giving me the wrong tree as I had taken a picture of the one I ordered. Suddenly I was offered a refund and they took the tree away - nice of them not to mention swapping trees!! I will leave it up to you if you feel they can be trusted but I won't use again and would recommend Cottage Farm Nurseries in Cardington, more professional and cheaper!!

We had a lovely visit and felt very welcomed. We chose two trees and were told a quote would be sent in the afternoon. This was never received despite one email sent to them and a phone call to their office . That is a great pity as we were looking forward to having these two trees in our garden.
