Mesa Kitchen & Lounge

Went here for a meal about a month ago with about 20 others following a funeral. Though I've been in the area quite regularly I'd never noticed this place previously. I've got to say the food was of great quality and the menu is ever so enticing. The service was fantastic and this restaurant certainly knows how to satisfy its customers. What a find! Incidentally, if you don't know the area well there is free off-street parking after 5pm on the opposite side of the street where you see a big "Live Auctions" sign.

that time, Pythias had gone to meet his uncle staying in some other town. When he came to know of the incident, he rushed back and appeared in the court. "I am ready to stand as security for my friend" he said to the king, "you can take me as prisoner in place of Damon" he added. "But are you aware of the consequence?" The king warned him, "If your friend fails to keep his word on due date you will be put to death." "It would be my good fortune, if I can sacrifice my life for the sake of my friend," replied Pythias. The king was surprised to hear such a bold declaration. He wonder ed how a man could put his life at risk for the sake of his friend. However, he ordered his soldiers to make Damon free and keep Pythias as prisoner in his place. When Pythias came to stay in the prison Damon said, "My friend, I shall never be able to repay the debts of your kindness. I promise that I will return soon after visiting my family members." So, Pythias stayed in prison while Damon went to see his family members. As he reached home, his wife and children were glad to see him. They requested him to stay home for some days. But he was eager to return as soon as possible. As he was getting ready for the return journey, his son fell seriously ill. Therefore, he had to postpone his journey and stay at home a little longer. While in the jail, Pythias prayed to God every moment that his friend should not return,
