Blake Court

My Grandparents bought a flat at Blake court in 1997. After they died my parents, both suffering with dementia, moved in. So my family has been at Blake Court for 25 years. The staff are brilliant. It's a fantastic place to live.

My mother has been a resident at Blake Court for some years. She has loved her home and independence secure in the knowledge that excellent care is there 24/7 if she ever needs it.

My mother lived at Blake Court for the last 20 years of her life. She gradually became totally blind over that time. In the end Blake Court staff brought lunch everyday to her flat from the restaurant kitchen and she had care visits from the staff 4 times a day. They even came to her flat at night if she needed help. She loved living at Blake Court and I knew that she was well cared for.

My Dad lived there for 5 years. The staff are great, the flats are large, light and airy and the gardens are beautiful. He ran art class for residents and made some good friends. He was very happy there, despite living solo for the first time.
