I have been with Caa properties in the same properties for the last 5 years. I have always found them reliable and professional and would highly recommend them. Their advice is genuine and reliable, they take pride in their interactions, and we trust them fully with the administration of our properties. They carefully match the tenants with the properties, and then treat both tenants and landlords with respect. We deal with mainly one member of staff who we phoned most of the time with any questions or concerns who responds very quickly and who also rang us with updates.

Caa property is a brilliant property management agency led by Cem. In living in one of their managed properties for 2 years, I had the best experience Ive ever had in a rental property and Jai was always on hand to handle any queries me or my housemates ever had.

Highly recommend. The best Management Ive had for 7years living in London. I have lived at the property in Enfield for just over a year. Any maintenance was dealt with very quickly as the communication is excellent. David's character is very fair, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much
