Excellent experience at Optical Warehouse! I hadnt had an eye test in nearly 10 years and was recommended by my sister to go to Optical Warehouse- and the experience was fantastic! The team are so friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and just lovely. Everything was explained clearly throughout my eye test, and I was also given the opportunity to ask any questions. Also the place itself is super nice and modern! Although my eye test was normal and I didnt need a prescription, I know theyve gone above and beyond to help my sister who wears glasses/contacts. Its clear that they really care for their clients and genuinely want to help. I would absolutely recommend Optical Warehouse to everyone!

I cannot recommend this optician highly enough. Ali and his team always go above and beyond. It's clear that their passionate about providing the best care possible, always putting their patient/customers interests ahead of their own. Really caring knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced opticians - I no longer go anywhere else and always recommend them to all my friends and family!

I came in with my husband as we were desperate to buy him a new pair of specs. We didn't make an appointment, but the owner was so nice and he attended to us anyway and he gave us all the time that we needed He is a very friendly and honest person - didn't try to upsell anything, he was honest about the fit, lenses and advised against the more expensive option because he though that that model won't fit my husband's needs. He also gave us a very good deal on the specs & lenses that we chose! The overall experience was top notch and we will definitely be coming back for the next pair Btw, they also have sunglasses!
