I cannot thank Christina and her team for all the hard work undertaken on my behalf which took a lot of pressure off me as I am busy running my own firm. The service level and efficiency of dealing with correspondence and communications with me and third parties cannot be faulted. Avoid! I was dropped as a client a few days before a crucial hearing, because I questioned the impartiality of my solicitor. This cost me thousands of pounds in fees and penalties. There was no discussion, no process to appeal, just an email after an overnight decision to drop me as a client. I have worked successfully with hundreds of lawyers in the 33 years of my professional life, but I have never experienced such callous and unprofessional behaviour. If you are a client here already, take care how you disagree with your lawyer, as they can interpret this as a loss of faith and, according to the T&Cs, you can be summarily dropped as a client. As with all online reviews, treat the sea of 5* reviews with caution. When I posted my review of Chapman Pieri, there were no more than two or three. The vast majority of the 5* reviews suddenly appeared in the month after my post.
