Had a life-alteringly negative experience at this hospital twenty years ago and they shamelessly kept the money they were paid. They were unscrupulous, incompetent and callous.

London priory north London some of the staff cared. But when The patients saw the doctors they treated patients like they were just a bedroom. Also the abuse from staff while in incidences and they just said it was just restraints it wasn't and then locking people in there own rooms with no one there. They didn't want to hell they just wanted you to leave so they could have other experiences

This is one of the better mental health (nhs/privately run) wards. the staff are kind and spend a lot of time with the patients I felt genuinely cared for and treated like a human not just my disease more places should be like this.

I went here back in 2010 and it was like walking into a completely different time zone. There were doors missing, and staff trying to de-escalate..what am I talking about, trying to pin in patients in the kitchen about 5 to 1. Staff all hiding in the staff room, never return property or forward on mail, the whole place was dark even the walls told you people have died here. At the end of the corridor you got patients just chilling with aerosol cans and towels, getting high. Just all in all, please if you're a parent and you're reading these reviews - listen to them. This place isn't for recovery it needs to be shut down. Do not send your child here they will get worse, not better. The things the other children got up to, it's scary stuff. I still remember the day I watched my mum walk up that long road with that look only a worried, stressed out, exhausted, done with it, had enough parent-face looks like. Why did I put my mum through that awful experience let alone me.
