Set up transfer to Voneus with Andrew Hall for when fibre is available in the village. Very clear and straightforward, and lokks much better than the service we are currently getting from an old provider.

We went to a hire van near York for a week and wanted to use the wifi. I could see the network but didn't know the pascode to get in and register. Paperwork says help available 0900 - 1700 weekends so rang. kept on hold for ages before eventually being given option of callback. Left details no callback, same on Sunday. Called Monday and eventually got through. The guy I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and said he would speak to someone and get back. Later that day Ashley phoned, sounded good, couldn't help but promised to find the answer and email or call me back. At the end of our holiday 200 miles away a few days later we had a call to see if anyone had rung us back and to give us the passcode for the wifi. Sorry Voneus, you will have to do much better. If I go to another place using Voneus I don't think I will bother trying.
