They will offer you a quote supposedly based on information you have told them. They will then disregard all of that, offer a poor service with cleaning anyone can do, then charge for a service they havent completed. They left food stuck to my microwave and claimed it was rusty, didnt touch the oven, left the mattresses dirty even though I specified they needed cleaning, didnt touch the sinks or the toilets even though it supposed to be part of the service as standard. Dirt was left on the floor. When I asked them to complete the job I paid for, they claimed these things were extras, even though there is no mention of it on the website and youre paying for a deep cleaning. I asked for a refund, nothing. Now they are ignoring me. TERRIBLE service, UNPROFESSIONAL, poor communication, unfriendly all round terrible business. I will tell everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID
