I honestly had the best time at Adelines salon. All staff are so professional & they use amazing quality products which smell great too. The staff did exactly what Id asked for and I couldnt have felt more comfortable there. Such a nice, chilled, relaxing vibe with some tunes playing in the background. I would 100% encourage anyone to use this salon regardless of your hair type/age/gender. They accommodate all. Thank you guys so much, I couldnt be happier with my hair. Been twice now and it's been great both times. They've just got on with it and haven't been judgemental and they just do what they need to do. I came in with my hair tangled and they just got on and de-tangled it no problems and then we went on to the rest of the treatment. I love the place and how well they work with my hair and would definitely recommend!

I have been coming to Adeline for a just over a year now and she has been fantastic in taking care of my hair! I've loved my treatments and my hair has been thriving. The only issue I have had (and a friend I recommended also noticed) is the deposit and demand for money, it's just so rude. The man on the phone is always almost harassing customers for the deposit. Before I could even speak, he was asking me if I had the deposit. 3/5 stars because I really hate when businesses focus on the money. I am a business owner myself and I know as soon as money becomes the focus over customer experience, everything goes downhill. Don't make this mistake with your customers! I always pay for my appointments and always pay the deposit so i don't need to be harassed every time I want to book! Please can this change because I really still want to come to this salon. Thanks Well the response was exactly what I expected- a defensive reaction. I mentioned nothing against the practice of asking for a deposit- where did i say i have a problem with that? I have a problem with the way the man asks for money on the phone before I can ever get a word in! If you read your other reviews you will see other people have commented on this rudeness. It's unnecessary! People will pay you don't have to keep asking for money. A simple 'we're sorry you felt this way' would suffice but on the defence as a business is just unnecessary.

I had my hair relaxed and extensions done by Edeline and the results were amazing . And Adeline husband was really kind he really helped detangle my hair which was locked.Adeline has been doing my hair 6 years and I highly recommend. I got my hair done here a while back and was not happy with my hair especially since they used a trainee to do my hair( that didn't know what she was doing). The were friendly.but I wouldn't recommend this place.
