Supper impressive service again and again. Time to time I get my laundry washed and folded - always clean to a great standard and folded neatly. I have had trousers altered here - The staff did update me and delivered a quick turnaround. Will continue going here Services: Ironing, Laundry wash & fold, Laundry pick-up, Alterations

These guys are my local dry cleansers and I used them for my shirt for my wedding. When I got it back there was a stain on them which, to their credit, they told me about and said that they couldnt get it out. They then asked me to pay the full amount and when I commented about the stain on the shirt they had the cheek to say that I should actually be paying them more because they had had to attempt to rewash it. The rest of the shirt was nicely cleaned and it was pressed. 2/5 for the cleaning job, 1/5 for their rudeness.

DISSATISFIEDThis morning around 8:30 I went to Classy cleaners to return a coat on which there is a stain from inside. The men inside said that they wont clean it saying that i did that stain myself which is insane and such an unprofessional approach. Being vulgar and not taking critiques wont make you a successful business in London!The fact that they rejected to clean it and rush in the process of cleaning made me upset. I have been using Classy cleaners for such a long time and I did not expect anything like that. Once, as well, I had a jacket that they did not dry properly and it smelled bad but i have not said anything. However , I cannot keep my eyes closed when there is a problem they should not blaim on me saying that I have been dragging the coat on the floor which is so silly!!! You Lost me, I have been your potential customer but NOT anymore!!
