THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, only their virtual orders!! All they care about is the just Eat/Deliveroo orders where by they dont allow customers to eat in past 10pm which I personally think takes away the Essence of having a dine in experience. 5 of my family members walked in at 10:01pm and werent allow to eat in despite literally begging the staff as we had travelled far. This information was not conveyed online either so it was a huge let down and ruined the whole experience! The management really need rethink their policy- may aswell rent out a warehouse if theyre only going focus on their online customers. I feel so let down by Creams

Always getting my orders wrong. But the workers are nice and the ice creams and food are great.

We had waffles with my partner while she is already half way done with her food while I still waiting for my waffle. I order waffle with Nutella and strawberries when my waffle came I got minimum Nutella on in and the dough was still raw in the middle I had nice portion of strawberries. Still waffle been dry haven't enjoy that.

Unexpected surprise to arrive at 21:30 and to be rejected to be served despite the place was closing 22:30. ( as it was advertised online) The staff was already cleaning the floor and had all tables set aside , clearly preparing to close . We were told that we can order for take away but we cant sit. Very disrespectful from the staff to kick us out because they wanted to leave earlier and very irresponsible from the manager to allow such a thing. I worked in hospitality management for years and while I understand that staff might be tired sometimes, i also understand the importance off professionalism and customer service. You should not advertise wrong closing times if you are not in position to fulfil your obligations.
