Bad service, i missed my appointment by 5 minutes and they didnt see me, but before they cancelled my appointment and i didnt say anything i also paid in the beginning and they didnt refund me.

Nothing but good things to say about Southgate Smiles. Over the last year, I've had Invisalign treatment with Anuja. She has gone above and beyond during the treatment, even taking the blocks off my teeth and putting them back on a week later so that didn't have them on for my best friends wedding. Really pleased with the outcome of the treatment. Would 100% recommend!

Scammers! Do not go here, find any other dentist. Went for a check-up and was told I needed 8 fillings (possibly up to 12) and at least 2 hygienist appt as my teeth were terrible and I had bad gum disease. I was shocked and confused because I have no discomfort and look after my teeth. I went to my old dentist and it turns out all I need is 1 filling and had not a single other issue. They also tried to charge me A LOT more than their price list states on the website and nearly double any other dentist charges in the area. They charged me for cancelling an appt through email not phone as I couldnt get through after many attempts, when I questioned it they said they would refund me. It then changed to, I was lying and that they were going to contact their phone provider of what calls were made that day to prove it. I argued it and told them to go ahead which ended up with me getting my money refunded. They are super nice until you question anything and are clearly scammers trying do extra work and charge over the odds.
