Paul and Chris helped us design a single storey rear extension in Oakwood and navigated us through planning. They offered up lots of design options for us to consider and the final design included everything we wanted. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had along the way.

An execellent service from start to finish in providing designs for an extension to a ground floor flat, and achieving associated planning permission for it to proceed. From the initial site visit to sign off of the plans the process was clearly defined with regular progress updates and support throughout, and Chris and Paul were a genuine pleasure to deal with. We were recommended Paul and Detailed Planning by a local friend. Very glad we went ahead! We had a good idea of what we wanted to achieve with our house, but they still generated great options and worked with us back and forth to finalise designs. They submitted a full planning app for the ground floor (rear/side extensions 6m and 8.5m) and permitted development app for the loft. All sailed through with no problems whatsoever. Paul, Filippo and Chris were all very responsive whether it was a Zoom meeting, quick phone call or more detailed questions regarding structural engineers (who they recommended too). We are very pleased with Detailed Planning's work and would highly recommend! Everything was clear, including their price, scope of work and timescales involved. Thanks again!

We spent a long time researching architects to use for our ground floor extension after a terrible experience using an architect for a previous loft extension. We couldn't have had a more opposing experience with Paul and his team at Detailed Planning. There was nothing too big or small that they would help us with. They supported us 100% throughout the build until it started and were on hand to answer any questions during the build and after. They were super professional, really friendly and their work to an exceptional standard. If we ever undertake any more building work, Paul and his team will be the only architects we would use; we cannot recommend them highly enough.
