Hertz - London - Southgate

Absolutely outstanding service from Imran and the guys here. Totally felt like we were taken care of each step of the way from the thorough check out process (checking all small damage spots on the car with one of the guys here, to the return process). I forgot my suit at the hotel (a 15 min car ride away) and only remembered as we were leaving the office as wed handed the keys back. Imran said if I couldnt get an Uber or get them to drop it over, hed just let me jump back in the car and zoom over and get it - and thats after telling me not to worry about dropping the car back a few minutes after when it was due. This is the customer service you want and need from a rental agency. I live in the US and use Hertz all the time but Ive never had this level of service over there or anywhere for that matter. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you Imran, those little details, especially with the suit debacle and me suddenly worrying what to do left me feeling like I couldnt have asked for a better rental agency. 5 stars all the way.

Had a fantastic experience renting a car here. Solution oriented staff that's not out to get you. Would rent from here with again with no second thought!

Rented a car for a week while my normal car had work done. The staff at Hertz were very polite and friendly and had everything ready for me when I collected the car. The car tank was full and I was shown the controls. Again, when I returned the car they swiftly processed everything and the drop off went smoothly. Great service, highly recommended.

Probably the best car hire experience I've ever had. The staff are genuinely concerned that you've understood everything & that you're getting exactly what you need. Vehicles are in good condition and prices competitive. The vehicle pick up and drop off process was quick and efficient
