Very happy with Mark's service, everything was managed very well from the first phone call to completion and exchange. The fee is competitive, advice given along the way was reasonable and appropriate and any phone calls and emails were always dealt with promptly. Just completed on my daughter's flat in Chingford. Had 11 viewings and four offers outbidding each other to achieve a sale price 13,000 pounds above the asking price.
